Therapy takes place in person, is weekly, and usually involves a commitment of 6 or more sessions and may include more emphasis on insight and past history exploration.

Coaching can be done in person, or over the phone/Skype and usually involves a specific behavioral goal(s) that the client would like to see changed and includes exploration and discussion about the client’s motivation and values. While the client’s past may naturally surface, the focus is more oriented in the present.
The commitment is usually 3 or more sessions and may or may not be occur sequentially.
